Position Summary

At Securis, you can help us drive sustainability, even for a short time. We are currently seeking an experienced Class B driver for a temporary 30-day assignment supporting our growing Service team.

The ideal candidate has an excellent driving record and strong customer service skills. In this role, you will operate a Class B box truck and interact regularly with our valued clients and vendors.

This is a temporary, full-time role for approximately 30 days, working Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Actual start and end times may vary based on daily job needs. Occasional overtime or overnight travel may be required depending on project schedules.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to and from the customer locations
Interact with customers in a professional manner
Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the warehouse and commercial vehicles
Load and unload trucks before and at the completion of a given project. Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Maintain the physical security protocols we have in place and ensures others follow said protocols
Use electronic scanning equipment to log equipment into Securis' proprietary inventory system
Attend and participates in weekly operations meetings
Other duties may be assigned as needed

Equipment

Forklift
Pallet Jack
Metal destruction machine
Class B Box Truck

Experience

Class B driving experience (two years preferred)
Must hold an active Class B CDL and up-to-date driver medical card
Warehouse and customer service experience strongly preferred

Computer Skills

Knowledge of basic software like Microsoft is required

Educational Background

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
