This is your opportunity to join a dynamic, hybrid-remote sales team where you’ll report to our office 2–3 days a week and spend the rest of your time driving results in the field or from your home office.

What You’ll Do:
- Understand Securis’ capabilities and translate them into solutions that meet client needs.
- Present compelling solutions to companies with networking hardware located in data centers—both in person and virtually.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts to grow your sales pipeline.
- Network like a pro—attend industry events and conferences to expand your already deep customer base.
- Build relationships with IT resellers and co-location facilities to identify electronic equipment refresh opportunities.
- Generate new business through cold outreach and convert a high percentage of marketing-sourced leads.
- Position Securis as the undisputed leader in secure data destruction, accurate inventory reporting, and value recovery of re-sold assets.
- Share market feedback with internal teams to help refine marketing, product development, and operations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our operations and electronics resale teams.
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
What You Bring:
- Exceptional presentation skills—oral, written, and electronic.
- Proven ability to manage your time and priorities effectively.
- Strong internal and external communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a structured, high-performance sales environment.
- Deep knowledge of the data center ecosystem and networking equipment
- Persistence, tenacity, and a drive to succeed.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Your Background:
- 5+ years B2B sales experience with a focus on data center hardware.
- Proven track record of quota overachievement.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, ZoomInfo, and similar tools.
- Experience selling to IT decision-makers is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
